Does camel milk require refrigeration during shipping?
Yes, our fresh and frozen camel milk products are shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to maintain optimal temperature. We recommend transferring them to your refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival.
What is the shelf life of your camel milk products?
Our fresh milk typically lasts up to 2 weeks when refrigerated. Frozen milk can be stored for up to 6 months. For our camel milk powder, the shelf life is approximately 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
Is camel milk suitable for people with lactose intolerance?
Many people with lactose intolerance find camel milk easier to digest because it contains a different protein structure than cow's milk and does not contain A1 beta-casein. However, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before trying it if you have severe allergies.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
